I, Ibrahim Khan Ismail Khan on June 27 purchased Honda Active (SC V11OB), TYPE 21D black colour, Frame no ME 4 JCA 448FB8312611, Engine no JC44E423646 of cash Rs 50256, from the M Devansh Autombile, 11434, A Honda two wheeler show room, Aurangabad, road Jalna Maharashtra. Within few days, the vehicle developed problem while starting. I approached, the in-charge of the show room, Santosh Krishna Gopal Tiwari. He promised the problem would be solved. Later the vehicle was handed to me but again the problem was developed. I again approached, but Tiwari refused to clear technical snag instead of he misbehaved and expressed in rude manner. Even he called workers of the show room and threatened me dire consequence. I have suffered mental harassment and financial loss as the problem was not solved. I request the head of the company to necessary steps against the dealers. It is said that most of consumers are facing rude shock from the owner of showroom and workers. The mis- behavior and poor services by the show room, damaging of reputation of Honda company. Therefore, I request the company take necessary steps against the owner of show room sothat most of customers like me would not suffer further.
