Not replace the bike

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Honda Dio as on 20/10 from B.R. Automobiles Pataudi

mob no.9812212229, 9416382851. The chasis no of the bike is ME4JF118JB8149687,

Engine No. JF11E4149751 and registration No. is HR 76 7094.

On the first day the Bike stopped after 2 Kms from agency. I call Manish Kumar

(dealer of B.R.Automobile) and he take the bike back. He gave me the bike next day. But

the bike stopped after 12 days (400 Kms only). We gave the bike to the agency and we take it

back. He said that now it was O.K.

After 15 days (1600 Kms) the bike again stopped on my way. With great difficulties

at night I reached the agency and asked to replace the bike because it is not a good piece. But

after 10 days I got back the same bike on 31.12.2011. The dealer said that it was now O.K.

We cleared all the problems of the bike. now the bike again stopped on 04.01.2012. I hired a

auto and took back the bike to my home. All the three times i felt very shamed on myself and

my bike. I am seving in a bank. And i need a good condition bike for my convence to home.

So I requested to take appropriate step to solve my problem and replace my bike to good one

piece. I am suffering a lot by this bike.
