Customer service not responding

I have peuchase honda stunner from PARASNATH HONDA in panipat on 24-5-10

for registration of bike money and necessory document were given... but till now they have nt given R.C to me..nor they have given apply for slip..ienquire fro m registrar office they said R, C HAS been issued to agency but still i havnt received... from last 3 months im going to parasnath agency but their customer care manager not responding well... i thik they have missplace my R.C... from last 3 months they r giving excuses please help me out
