Vibration and starting problem

Dear Sir

My complaint with Honda Scooters & Motorcycles Pvt. Ltd. (purchased on dt. 23 aug. reg. no. up bw 1325) continues regarding the vibration problem. In this regard I complained about vibration problem on driving over 60 km/hr.

HSMI's CR (sectional manager) Mr. Anmol Tiwari inspected my bike and gave remark "normal vibration on speed range 40 to 50 km/hr". (I was not present at that time due to my outstation work, and the bike was taken to service station on call received by service station manager Mr. Gupta ji that company manager will inspect the vibration problem, even mr. Anmol Tiwari didn't made me any call asking the trouble and just passed the cold remark)

In this regard i dropped a letter to HSMI on dated 09/09 questioning why my bike's vibration problem not checked over 60 km/hr.

Till date there is no news or letter from hsmi.

Now a days i'm facing one more major serious starting problem especially during morning hours.

Even pulling Choke has no help to make engine ON.

One has to spend good 50 kicks to make it start.

in this regard i visited twice to my nearest service station m/s. axis honda, barra, kanpur.

but the problem is still persisting.

On querying other honda shine owner the problem is same with every shine bike.

If this is the manufacturing defect why not company is taking back the bike with full refund money.
