Replacement of Sterring assembly of Honda Civic

Dear Concerned

This is with reference to the replacement of Steering assembly for my under extended warranty civic. i had placed an indent under No: 53601SNBCO2, Order Ref No: 210023456. dt: 13/09/10. I was conveyed that assembly shall reach Chandigarh last by 22/10/10. I was astonished to know Harmony Honda executives have either given me wrong order no or they haven't till date raised any such indent.

I am bugged off with the kind of response i am getting from a company of such repute. To my utter surprise i have gone from pillar to post for this assembly. Pls let me know will Honda be ever in a position to provide such replacement, or should i approach consumer forum.
