Self start problem

Dear sir,

I am a customer of your on 26.02.2011. There is a self start problem before third service on dated 01.07.2011 at 4183 kms. I have complained it on third service time. but they ignore it due to non- availability of that relay and said to attend it after 15 days, when I contact the service manager after 15 days, he told that no spare of relay available now and to buy a hero honda spare relay from any where. These are the responses from your Authorized service center. Matter may kindly be considered at your end.
