Chainset not available at service centre

Dear All

from the last 2 service of my bike, i am really surprised the Honda service centre not able to provide spare part for bikes, My bike no is KA03 -0726 service date 29-9, Chainset is not available at service centre, they told us that it will come in next 5-7 days, but now it's over more than 21 days that they are not able to provide chainset to my bike, they promised that they wil call on my cell when they will receive the same in thier store, No calls

Now when I am calling on thier service centre at around 12 30 pm, no one is picking the phone :011-49488888
