I have booked a Maruti Swift Dzire ZDi with ABS since 2.5months through dealer Oddesy Motors, Sambalpur, Orissa. At the time of booking I was told that delivery would be within 4-6 days by Mr Pradhan, Sales Manager. (I Have paid the money)

However, everytime I call Oddesy Motors they keep repeating that the company is not despatching the vehicles and therefore they are unable to give me delivery of the same. Can somebody please advise if there is an on-line system (besides the toll free nos. which are of no help really) to check allotments/delivery status?? How do I get a clear picture on the status of my vehicle. When ever i Call they Reply so rudely as i am a begger. His owner Mr. Jalan never picks up the phone for rply.
