Broken the side Back Dome

Respected Sir/Madam

I Have handed over my Bike (AP 20Q 2132) for servicing on 21.11.09 at 11amKatakam Honda Authorised Work Shop, Khammam and recieved my bike on the same day at 6.00pm. After 2 days I observed that side back dome was broken. I have reported at Katakam Honda Authorised Work Shop, Khammam but nobody responded properly and they didn't recieve any complaint regarding the damage and they hesitated. Moreover they are say that we are not responsible for that you have to replace it with new one. I Request the kind authority to persue the matter and build confidence on auothorised service stations.
