Manufactering defect in the vehicle

Sir,

I have purchased Honda Shine bike from your authorised dealer Palace Honda Mysuru on 10-08.

Whereas my vehicle gives a less milage of 48kmpl and engine gives lot of noise and the handle bar is having defect even there is leakage of engine oil continuously and poor visibility of head light during night.

The front wheel is totally defective hence there is wobbling and it becomes difficult to control the vehicle. I left my vehicle for servicing and told the dealer about all these problems it has defened to their ears and they are unable to solve my problem as vehicle is under warranty, I kindly request you to change my defective vehicle with a new one orelse repay my hard earned money Rs52, 000 back. Or else I will be forced to go to the consumer court.
