Hi,

My name is dilip s. gulkari. i am the owner of honda shine. todat dt. 26.6.2010 due to break problem in my vehicle i went tonearby honda showroom (mascot motors). i changed the break shoes and then went back but after some time the same problem occured. i was away from the showroom so i went to my mechanic and checked the break shoes in front of me. shockingly that person had not changed the shoes. the break shoes was old one. so i again went to the mascot motors with my mechanic. but nobody was lisening to me. they were using abusing language the engg. name was hemant. i have the original bill with me.

I request the officials to look into this matter as quickly as possible. i just want my money back and that fellow (hemant) should be punished. i am eagerly waiting for the reply.
