Chain sproket complaint

My name is shambhulinga .ss. i purchased honda shine motorcycle 2 years back, now i found problem of chain sprocket problem, by this chain getting loose again and again, i complained to service station, they replied that this problem is with design of sprocket from the company, (for all bikes, not only for mine) side, all sprockets has been already manufactured, now we cant do any thing,

if he replied like this, as a customer what should we do, who is responsible for this inconvenience, please give me the solution.
