Engine problem

Hello sir/madam,

my name is keshav sharma .i purchesd honda shine up-32, da-3421 in JUGAL KISHORE HONDA at 9 december.after 4 month i have problem that my bike engine is knoking and vibration, honda service manager mr. AMIT JAUHARI told me that u will pay this work.i told him that my bike is underwarrnty so i can not pay, after many hour he agree with me but i pay some money .again three months lather that same problem in my bike, he again solve but again after 3 months that same problem in my bike and he refuse me that he can not do anything and check ur bike in other bike service shop. plz help me
