Prohibiting manual instructions

I (PRATAP) visit the service center JSP HONDA, CHINTAL for 4th free service. Previous every service i followed service manual as mentioned. In 4th service not mentioned engine oil change but they were given estimation with engine oil replacement, i asked to regarding service supervisor he also told as it is (oil change) necessary. and also talking unnecessory words.and also telling as ' if i not replacing engine oil, warranty would not be accept in future".so kindly take action.
