Egarding free service

I have bought a Honda Shine motorbike on 19.10.2009. I had already completed three free Services at M./s.J.S. P Honda Service Centre at Anna Nagar, Chennai City within the stipulated time, On 14/10/10, when I took my motorbike to be serviced for the 4th Free service at the same authoritised agency, I was told that I was late in undertaking the 4th free service and I was denied in getting serviced my bike free of cost. As per the manual, It should be within 195-210 days or 8500-9000 kms whichever is earlier. In this connection, I really admit that I was late in taking my vehicle for the 4th Free service, in time, reckoning the date of purchase. of my bike.

In this connection, I am a Central Government official and is always on tour to different places out of chennai like, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Bangalore etc, as part of my official work most of the time. Because of this reason, I could not take my motor bike in time for carrying out the 4th free service at the the authorised agencies. on time. My bike had run only 5000 kms so far, which is just half the required kilometers needed for the 4th Free Service.

I would humbly request you to direct M/s.J.S.P. Service Centre at Anna Nagar, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) to kindly permit me undertake my bike for the 4th Free service. I would also assure you that in future, I would not be late for any sevices. It is also brought to your kind notice that, I had booked one more two wheeler (dio Scooter) wtih M/s.J.S.P. Honda Pvt. Ltd., Anna Nagar, Chennai and expecting delivery. Keping in view of my long relation with Honda and as a valued customer, I may be given a sympathetic consideration this time please.
