Honda shine motorcycle

I purchased my Honda shine motor cycle with great expectations. But since the day of purchase, even after four servieces, it is not giving satisfactory performance. The mileage of the bike is hardly 40-45 km. I suspect there is something which hinder free movement of the front wheel. I told every time to the service people (Chandra Honda, Coimbatore), but hardly got rectified. But there were problems of handle jam (difficult to twist to sides) and faulty spark plug, but they got repaired. Though both the problems were manufacturing defects, I had to pay for the replacement of faulty spark plug (because of that the bike was getting off while riding!). Even though the spark plug is replaced, the moaning problem while starting in morning hours remains.

I was a regular user of Hero Honda Splendor bike since 1997 and I replaced it with your bike in 2010. But it is disstressing to inform you that the performance of the former was superior compared to yours. I expected much better performance from the product of a Company of repute like Honda.
