NOT REGISTER TO MY BIKE FOR HONDA SOW ROOM KAVALI

I had purchased honda shine bike January at kavali honda show room.i had paid total amount to own the bike and also paid to registration charges to kavali show room.they agreed that they will get valid registration for my bike. But no registration till to date my bike and not responding properly.when i questioned them about registration .so i my self went to RTO office kavali with necessary document for registration during the process of registration RTO office authorities found and informed me wrong entry of the bike chassis number .it was fault of the showroom kavali that they had entered wrong chassis number in the AP Transport office web site.
