DEFECTIVE BRAKES

Car New Honda city model with Chasis No MAKGM252K9N030967 and Engine Number L15A70043669, was purchased on 12 April and till date has done approximately 33000 kms.

I drove the vehicle out after 20 days and noticed that the brakes were making sound when brake was being pressed and the wheels too were making typical sound as though running a flat tyre.

The AGM Magnum Honda has told me that this is due to the style of driving or application of brakes.. He further added that the brakes need to be changed after 20000 kms!! I had earlier FORD IKON and am also having a Hyundai car. No such complaints came up after 30000 kms!! ~

Could you kindly investigate and confirm please
