Defective Door Lock

We have three Honda city and all of them are facing the same problem of lock, We have complain so many times through phone and mail but they are not responding. This lock problem is not only in our car but in all Honda city. They have replaced the lock once but still the problem is there.

THEY SHOULD STOP SUPPLYING DEFFECTIVE LOCK.
