With reference to the above subject, I am sorry to state that a company like Honda is patronizing sub standard supplies.
I bought Honda City "S" model on 25th Feb from Crystal Honda, Bavdhan, Pune... And noticed that, irritating noise is coming from the steering corner (Front-Right), I took my vehicle to dealership and pointed out this problem... After attending it, the dealership people are claiming that its a dash-board fitting issue and they have fitted "Thermo coil" and resolved the issue...
After leaving dealership, by 20 Km... My A.C Blower stopped working on Speed 1, 2, 3 but it was working on the 4th notch... It was very frustrating experience... I don’t know what they have done after that, they replaced "Resistor" thrice and resolved the issue.
During resolution, they have opened the dash-board and the noise problem has started again.
I am very embarrassed in front of my family members and friends, who are sitting in the car and pointing me out the "Wrong" choice of mine in going for Honda City... Really it’s my BAD Decision in the life.
I bought this vehicle, just because of HOND's brand and its reputation... and I am repainting for it.
I am sure; Dealership people are incompetent and not up to the mark to resolve the said issue.
I am requesting Company Engineers, to attend this and resolve ASAP
