HONDA STUNNER BIKE
No accelaration

I had purchased Honda stunner bike on 2009 Jan 29 and from the first day itself I am facing problems. It is not working properly and many times I had came this in notice of authorized service center and the problem was not solved till the date. Of course it give both mental and financial problems to me. I Hope you take into consideration at the earliest. If i will go to consumer court what action they will take? I would like to get a response from you as soon as possible. kindly accept my obligation
