Dear Sir,

Believing on HONDA known for quality.i had purchased your product HONDA stunner 125cc. on 18/4 from PRAGNYA HONDA showroom, pul pehlad pur, vehicle registard on my name –GOPAL KRISHAN SHARMA, having registration no.-DL3SBP7607, current meter reading is 5000kms, since 1st day. I am facing so many problems in this vehicle that is not acceptable in brand new vehicle.

10 km run - 1 .Sound from transmission, sudden engagement/disengagement of

gears, gear stucking, problem in gear shifting.

2. Uncomfortable ride, may be due to rear wheel not aligned properly.

3.sound from handle, vibrate/uncomfortable while driving.

2500 km run-1 .Sound from transmission, sudden engagement/disengagement of

gears, gear stucking, problem in gear shifting.

Still all mentioned above problems persist in vehicle.

I gone to PRAGNYA HONDA service station so many times regarding these problems.

Every time they check some thing and do some thing and say it will be ok, but there is no change no improvement in bike condition, instead of improvement condition of transmission gone bad more sound and gear stucking problem increased by their R&D,

This vehicle is not properly checked and tested before delivered to customer.

I told so many times pragnya Honda service people, this gear stucking problem can cause

Any time severe accident, but they had not taken any action to rectify this problem.

Unfortunately, 15 days back I faced accident and got injured due to sudden gear stucking problem, HONDA is responsible for this accident I don’t know which quality of product HONDA is selling to consumer.

I am in big problem/tension due to this Honda bike. Due to this HONDA product I had taken so many time leave for going to your service centre/wasted mine time/money.

I had paid for new product but I don’t know why this defected product sold to me.

Some time I think I did a big mistake by purchasing HONDA bike. Customer satisfaction is main aim of every company, but HONDA is delivering bad quality product to customer, these things are spoiling/defameing HONDA’s brand name.

Please, solve the above explained problem as soon as possible, otherwise I will go legally.
