Sir, My name is GIRISH KSHATRIYA, sir i have a Honda stunner 2008 Model although warranty period of my bike is over. But still i preferred to service my by your authorized service center.. But last time when i had been for servicing one of you engineer informed me that there is come problem with the " Choke " and must be replaced with new and then i agreed to replace it with the new one but your engineer later said that its not available in the stock hence i have to wait for a week But the Choke of my bike was already Unplugged / removed..
When i ask your engineer to fix it up he said the new stock will be coming soon & they will install the new one BUT NOW IT ABOUT MORE THEN FOUR MONTHS they say that they are out of stock...
Even i have some problem with the performance of the bike & after servicing also the problems are not fixed by your engineers & one more thing some of the staff members of Mangesh Honda, dose not give appropriate response to the customers..
My Complaint is against Mangesh Honda, Belgaum.
So i kindly request you to take some serious action against the matter..
