Honda Stunner CBF
Poor mileage 40 to 45Km/l from the beginning

I have own a stunner bike last year may month, from the very beginning itself its giving poor mileage of 40-45Km/l. I reported this to Honda service people they did a mileage test and accept the same, After the mileage tune up it gave a mileage of 50-55Km/l. But after a 100Km ride the bike starts giving only 40-45Km/l. this happens 3 times but solution is given.

They are not finding the real problem instead they are tunning the petrol flow. After a week it fails to give good mileage. No response when ever i'm asking the real problem.

Kindly tell me what should i do to get the problem solved and now to whom i have to approach?
