three times I have reported the complaint to honda motors website against the same Dealer. That means the problem still not resolved. I don’t understand why the people at the service centre behave like this.

At the second service time they charged labor charge of Rs. 50 for Chain Cleaning they try to repet the same at 3 rd service also (3rd service on 27/05). According to the schedule its free of cost.

I could find they are simply changed the engine oil only the mentioned complaint is not rectified and also the chain not adjusted. How can we trust a company from where we are getting such a worse service?
