Honda Twister
Problem in free service

I have purchased a Honda Twister on Nov at Surya Motors, Poonamallee, Chennai-56. There is a complaint in gear box from the Day 1 of the purchase. They told that it will be rectified in the first service, This is my third free service, till now they are unable to solve this issue. Now they are telling back that i have to wait for one more month for rectifying this issue. I am not happy with the customer service of them. Response in very very poor from the showroom. I have never expected such a response from company like Honda. I lost my hope totally.
