I am purchased a honda twister byke from sangam honda (honda dealer) in july. and last friday my byke engine has been failed due to manufacturing or service default by dealer.and which is in waranty the dealer give me 1 week time to deliver but today its ninth day to go but i am not receiving my byke till date and he is saying that before 17 may i can't deliver.its 17 days after giving my byke.and today he is saying that i am not giving your byke. What can i do in this case?

any body help me to resolve that kind of situation?
