Sir, I have purchased a new honda twister from AVM Honda Cochin on21-8.After two days some problem noticed.one gear not moving properly some time tight, some time 2nd to 3rd hanging, handle teight, same I have reported to the dealer. They ask me tocome to the shop. I came to the shop and they return my vehicle after one hour and advice all done. after 4 days again problem started. I called the dealer, they ask me to come with vehicle immediatly. I came there, but there is no good dealing from the dealer, they ask me why you come, here is no staff available so you return and come another day. I inform them I am coming from 60 km away from the shop, so please do somthing. They ask me to come in turn in the service center. So many people waiting for service' I told, this is not service, I have purchased the vehcle few days back.so please check my vehicle this is the 2nd time I came here. Then I met MD he called the WorkshopManager, and advice him to lookafter my vehicle. They taken my vehicle and return after 2 hours and given assurance all done. after one week same fault occured. On12the I called the dealer for my 1st service on monday 13th. They told heavy rush on that day so bring vehicle on 14th morning 8am. I handed over my vehicle on 14th morning 8 a.m and given all roblem to the adviser. Gear problem, starting trouble etc. they ask me to come 1p.m. At 11.30 they sent a message in my mobile "you have to collect your vehicle at 1.p.m. I came to the workshop at 12.45. They told, vehicle will ready at 4p.m. Then I have shown the message. Thenonly they accept. and assure me thevehicle will give at 2 p.m. At 1.55 they given bill and asked me to pay Rs.176. I paid the amount and waiting for my vehicle. At 2p.m. the mechanic came with one new vehicle and told me to take the same. I informed him this is not my vehicle. Then I got the reception counter and inform the matter. They told some mistaked done. On the same time I found one mechanic take my vehic le and put the same on the table. After 10 mts he came and told me all done washing will done another day. I ask to the reception, I wanted to meet higer authourity. But there is no workshop manager, Or MD then I met MD Administration. He told I am helpless any way I inform to MD. Then I came to worksop they given my vehicle. But fault not rectfied so far. So please do something for this matter within a short timeotherwise I would like to consumer court for justice. thanking you sir, withregards
