HONDA TWO wheeler
Serivce not done at prpoer time

My new honda twister black colour was brought on aug and met with an accident on 2 feb and given my two wheeler for the repairs at soorya honda katuppakam, nearly two weeks got over but till now they have not taken any steps and they are saying that they have not got the spare parts. Is this how a reputed company will say to the customer.for this delay in service some action need to be taken. plz. make the parts to be available soon.
