Poor manufacturing and body life of honda activa

I have purchase Honda Activa 3 years before

when earlier days it was fine, but due to battery is located in front of vehicle, acid is overflowing due to which front mudguard has damaged and it should be replaced with out any fault of user & and front space for foot resting rubber has got shrinkage.

And also i have observed the same problem on other activa also.
