Honda Two Wheeler India/Stunner
Honda making a fool of me from last 1 month

Dear sir

i had purchased a Honda bike - Stunner, Metallic Grey color in last year (6 months old), which got accident on last month's 23rd.

for its repair purpose i submitted the bike to Shri Balaji Honda, Bahadurgarh, Haryana on the same day.

the bike is under insurance & just six months old so it suppose to be under cashless claim but they made an estimate of near around 20, 000 & took money from me.

this is not enough, after passing of one month they are not able to deliver my bike nor they are able to provide parts of same color they are providing some stupid types of excuses like:

1) back cowel for bike is not available in grey color so they are fitting black instead of grey.

2) front engine cover is not available as supply of the part is not available from honda.

3) silencer is not available in the orignal color that's why they are putting black color silencer, which have a big dent mark & it seems that it is used (2nd hand).

when i asked them as being a genuine dealer of Honda, how can they do these non sense to me, that i cant accept bike in this worst different parts colorful parrot condition then they told me

that

- silencer cant be re-replace it is new & only these types of silencer are coming from Honda.

- grey color back cowel will not be available in coming 2-3 months.

- forget the engine cover.

& finally they said to me that don't argue with us, if u have problems then contact at Honda Care & provide me a email customercare@hondatwowheelerindia.com.

now, im totally frustrated by Honda, its an issue of big shame for such a big company.

i don't know what to do? but surely NEVER BUY A HONDA VEHICLE AGAIN.
