Technical Issue

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Mr. Nilesh Dudwadkar, unsatisfied owner of Honda Unicorn (MH02-CJ-3689) would like to bring some issues to be noticed by you.

I had purchased “Unicorn” a bike mfg.by your company on 01.08. I did 1st servicing on 04.09.2011 after completing 271 kms at Venetian Honda situated in Borivali (E) which was excellent and satisfying.

The 2nd servicing was done on 09.10.2011 at Sai Point Automobile Pvt. Ltd. situated at Mira Road (E) after completing 1482 kms where I had informed the technician about the odd noise and vibration in the engine which he informed that it was related to tappet setting and said he would fix it, but even after the serving, noise and vibration continued.

I revisited the service center on 18.10.2011 to get the problem fixed under warranty scheme which took almost 1 week, but still there is fault in the engine also new problem has started, the RPM suddenly goes up or falls down which irritates in the traffic and is also risky on the highway.
