Shortage of parts &useless distributers&stafs

I ordered some parts 2weeks ago and today morning they said parts are ok .and ireached showroom with my bike and there is no parts and acssesories.the employees and the managements are very useless . and i got wast of my valuable timeand money.so i request that get my parts and service my bike by the next monday.
