I purcahsed a unicorn on oct.2009. within 500 km riding i got severe backpain and informed the dealer about this problm. they adjusted the shock up & the prblm still continue. after that i reduced the air pressure in the rear wheel to 20 psi. & the pain is reduced. now my doubt is, is it advicible to ride the vehicle in the 20 psi.

or the company may take the responsibility to rectify the prblm.
