Ear shock absorber failure

My name is milind more .i have subbmitted complaint about my rear shock and they attended my complaint.they replaced the shocks but not with new one .they install second hand shocks of their demo bike .and i m not at all satisfied with this kind of service.and the shocks is also not working properly.kindly contack me as soon as possible.mob:09921162478
