Poor servicing

I am honda unicorn user, one month before i had an accident, in that my bike's visor and mud gurd broken .after this i given my bike to honda service center which is in payyanur (kandoth) on 16 MAR.In that condition service center give no response even after i went seven times in one month. They are giving statement that visor is not available.their excuses are not satisying for me . so please take a keen interest towords my complain.my vehicle number is KL 13 S 5486.
