Poor Serice from Muthoot Service Centre, Kaloo

I am Abhilash, I am doing my 4th service in muthoot honda service station at kaloor, Cochin after that my vehicle showing conset complaint, when ever we ride the front wheel may wobbing, then i told to the customer relation manger and then he ask me to bring the vehicle. i give the vehicle to muthoot again on the same day they give back the vehicle after servicing and in the next day vehicle showing complaint again then i am called the manager again and he tells same to bring the vahicle, in this service vehicle give back after three days and he told me to change the entire conset. After two week vehicle showing the same problem again then i repeat the routing again but they failed to clear the complaint and they will ask me to go to the MRF tyres and give a complaint letter to MRF they will repair your vehicle. What is this??? this is Customer service??? they told for Tyres and battery complaint they have no responsibility. this is the responsibility of me.. it is true?? // it is called customer service then we don't need this service by honda???
