Suspension failure

Hi,

This is Anantharaj from Tirunelveli. I bought a Honda UnicornCB on October at Suriya Bala Honda, Coimbatore and I am using my bike at Tirunelveli. All free services and one paid service has been done at Meenatchi Honda, Tirunelveli. I have been telling about the suspension failure for the last four services in the service department, but it has not been corrected. From the service department I got a reply that It is not possible to rectify the problem in Tirunelveli and they asked me to bring my bike to Coimbatore. Please suggest me what should I do Now?
