Shelf start not working

Hi

I am Hitendra Nath Thakur (Cont No.-9708097823), located in Patna. I have bought my motorcycle (Honda Unicorn Dazzaler on 07/07. Just after 4 Months shelf start is not working and there is no provision of Kick start in it. I reached to Honda service center in Patna and registered my problem. They replied that the battery of the Motorbike will need to be replaced and this will take 15 days in the process.

I am quite astonished that how can a company like Honda can provision such battery in their Motorbike. And for such a critical part to get replaced they are taking 15 days.
