Non Avaialbility of spare parts

I am very proud being an owner of Honda Unicorn Dazzler. But i am very sorry to inform you that the customer service providing by Marakkar Motors, Trivandrum is not satisfactory. I am waiting for Unicorn Dazzler's Handle bar & T- stem for more than 2 months. I didn't get any positive reply from Marakkar motors regarding the correct delivery of the mentioned parts. This is shame for a reputed MNC like you. Please make necessary actions to resolve these issues. Awaiting for positive reply and necessary actions
