Non Receipt of Policy Papers

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you, that inspite of many calls & personal visit at Reliance India Info Line Office at Noida Office, my policy papers has not been dispatched till date. I have made the payment thru ICICI Bank cheque No. 332851 Amount of Rs. 5063/- which got debitted from my account on Dt:- 16-11, till date I have not received any of the papers neither the cover note nor the policy paper.

If my policy papers are not been provided within 07 Days then I will take rigid action against your company, take it to the consumer forum court for such an irresponsible behaviour towards the customer.
