Excessive decibel horn and high wattage headlight fitment

Daily we come across vehicles which have high decibel level horns and it is unbearable at times. While negotiating the traffic, it is highly disturbing and higly irritating.

Also, some of the vehicles are fitted with high wattage filament bulbs in the head lights and some of the drivers donot care to dip/dim during drive in the night. Causing blurring of the opposite driver's vision, this may cause accidents.

Government has to bring strict ordinance on the decibel level of the horns and wattage of headlights. Respective RTO authorities to strictly implement the same.
