Eg.replacement of defective spair parts

I bought my hunnk motorcycle on 27th oct from m/s new bihar automobiles sitamarhi bihar bearing eng.no-KC13EEAGK00727 & frame no. MBLKC13EFAGK00177.After two months my bike received defects in tacometer & lcd. I visited several times & complained but the answer was spair parts not availabe & till the date they are saying same. That is embrassing for me. This should not be happen in Herohonda pls help me.my cell no 09931822925
