21days not received my House Hold items by the Blue Star Packers and Movers

Dear Sir,

I 'Sudeep Kumar Mazumder' had shifted myself from Bangalore to my native place Singur in West Bengal and on 1st November I booked my house hold goods thru Blue Star Packers and Movers from Bangalore to my native place with the consignment no. LR23, Consighment Note No. 023, which contain ten items (An Almirha, Two Trunk Boxes, One Devan Bed, One Folding Matress, One Cloths Box, One Beag, Three Karton Boxes), but still today (21st November) it has not been delivered to my residence. I already paid a sum of Rs. 10800/= (Rupees Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Only) with Money receipt No. 071.

As per the Blue Star Packers and Movers It was Mr. Vijay Singh - 9945263149 (Not Mr. Vikas) who challenged and threatened me today (21st November) that whatever I can do let me do it about my house hold goods.

Mr. Sanjay Singh - 9686752978 had given me the truck driver numer - 9611617032 with the truck number WB-41C- 6876.

Today (21st Novemebr 2010) I spoke to Mr. Mukesh - 9312823592 of Blue Star Packers and Movers Head Office in New Delhi and he told that within 1800 hrs today (21st November) it will be delivered.
