House Hold Goods
After 21days the House Hold Goods not yet delivered

Dear Sir,

I 'Sudeep Kumar Mazumder' had shifted myself from Bangalore to my native place Singur in West Bengal and on 1st November I booked my house hold goods thru Blue Star Packers and Movers from Bangalore to my native place with the consignment no. LR23, Consighment Note No. 023, Money receipt No. 071 which contain ten items (An Almirha, Two Trunk Boxes, One Devan Bed, One Folding Matress, One Cloths Box, One Beag, Three Karton Boxes), but still today (21st November) it has not been delivered to my residence.

From past six days I keep calling them, if I call at morning they say within night it will be delivered and again at night when I call they say next days, later they said the truck was in Kharagpur check post from past five days. Today (21st November) morning onward I called them and they say its reached in Kolkata but will be delivered evening at 1800 hrs, but no confirmation.

Few days back they given me the driver number with the truck number, but when that time i called the driver he told that he is in Kharagpur check post, but today (21st Nov) morning when i called the driver he mentioned that he is in Bangalore and sent the truck to Kolkata. Everybody in that Company is using and telling some and other reason, date of delivery and time.

Even today One person Mr. Vikas has challenged me that whatever I can do let me do it, they least bother. Hereby I am giving the Blue Star Packers and Movers Bangalore and Delhi Address below. Kindly do the needful.
