False Commitment, Poor Service & Broken Items

Extremely poor and pathetic service. The initial packing of goods was also poor. It was informed that all the household items are insured under United Insurance and additional insurance charges were also added in the final bill including the insurance details.

Some of the household items were delivered broken and was informed that were broken during transit and later it was discovered that the items were transferred from one vehicle to another during which the items were broken. When inquired about the claim there has been no response from the Radhika Movers and Packers.
