Delayed gas supply

My gas refill booking online is accepted on 27-08.Booking Number 226085. My consumer No:625312. My dealer's name is Jay Kay Gas co.

Later on I received a massage from 52346 that your refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs. cash memo no:107975 dt02-09.

Unfortunately I have not received any gas delivery till now. Althogh after repeted failure over phone to connect the dealer I met in the office and come to know henceforth although written within 48 hrs it will be 8 to 10 days.

so my problem when the gas will come to my door.
