Not delivery at time

We have got single connection at dated 20 Nov & after that we had got the book after one month but now we have finished the given batala (Cyilender) & we already book on 7 Jan 7 till we are not getting anything from gas agency if we are availaing only single cyilender.

Kindly note that please do the needful.
