Not proper distribution of cylinder by there distributors

Hi i m living in sangli n i have to put complaint regarding distribution of gas cylinder. matter is firstly we have to book cylinder by calling them then they give it in 7 days here there but here that is in sangli our distributor is Kheradkar gas agency and he is delaying too much in distributing we have to call him 4-5 times to remind him. and news is dat he is giving cylinder in black ba taking extra money so creating false shortage of cylinder please do enquire in this regards thank you.
