Worst Delivery and misbehave with custome

Sir,

I am a Customer of M/S. Deepsikha Enterprise, Bakultala, Howrah. My Consumer No is 613132. I want to lodge a complain for intermitent supply of Cooking Gas for Domestic purpose. The distributer of above mentioned misbehave with me and do not entertain over phone. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
